- All orders are tracked. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves us.
- Dispatch time: orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days from Melbourne.
- Customs & duties: international customers may be charged customs fees on arrival, depending on local regulations.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Free size exchanges within Australia.
If the fit isn't right, we offer free exchanges within Australia. Just email us with your order number and the size you'd like instead — we'll handle the rest.
How to request a return
- Email us. Send your order number and reason to returns@pawse.au.
- We send a return label for Australian orders (international customers cover return shipping).
- Pack and post. Return the item in its original condition, with all tags attached.
- Refund or exchange. Processed within 5 business days of receiving the return.

- Within 14 days of delivery
- Unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
- Sale items are final sale (not eligible for return)
- Hats & recovery cones are non-returnable for hygiene reasons
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM
We'll make it right.
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong piece, email returns@pawse.au within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll send a replacement or refund at no cost.
